I’m excited that you are thinking about using locally grown flowers for your upcoming wedding. I know that you probably have a lot of things to organise and think about for your wedding day, so lets get to it:

The flowers that I provide for your wedding are all grown on my flower farm in Bradford on Avon, using organic growing methods. The flowers that I harvest for DIY wedding buckets and for bouquets* are speciality blooms which means that these flowers are gorgeous and are the varieties used by event florists, they really are something special.

Your wedding flowers will be a ‘growers choice’ of the best selection of what is blooming at the time. If you have a specific colour theme please let me know as soon as possible. If you have reserved your wedding flowers far enough in advance I can usually work with you to provide flowers in a colour palette of your choice by growing them especially for your wedding. Please let me know if there are any colours or flowers that you really don’t want at your wedding and I will do my best to accommodate.

Note: I will not be able to guarantee specific flower varieties, due to the unpredictability of the weather/bloom time. If you are set on having a specific flower on your wedding day then I am not the right flower supplier for you. To have the guarantee of a specific flower on your wedding day you will need to use imported flowers.

The nitty gritty:

  • A DIY wedding flower bucket is £100 and it will contain approximately 60 stems of gorgeous flowers.

  • DIY wedding packages are a minimum of three buckets and I require £100 non-refundable deposit to “Save the Date” which will allow me to earmark some of my special flowers for your wedding. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your wedding date, when final confirmation on the number of flower buckets will be needed, along with a collection/delivery time agreed.

  • Buckets of flowers can be collected from Cicely Flowers in Bradford on Avon. If you’d like your flowers to be delivered please let me know the location and I can give you a delivery quote. I advise that flowers should be delivered/collected 1-2 days before your wedding, depending on when you plan to set up. Flowers will be supplied in buckets of fresh water.

  • After paying your deposit and reserving your date, you will receive a discount to use on a DIY bucket which will enable you to practise arranging your flowers before your wedding day.

From the 2026 wedding season I will be offering beautifully crafted bridal bouquets, bridesmaids posies and buttonholes. These are available to purchase alongside DIY wedding flower buckets (you cannot purchase them as stand-alone products). This enables you to create your own arrangements to decorate your venue, while having your bouquets professionally made.

So, how does that sound? Get in touch if you’d like to chat more.
